Pressure Washing Your Roof = $ Saved

Why should I pressure wash my roof? How could this save me money?

Mold, lichens, mildew debris and algae build up on your roof over time. This build up can cause roof discoloration and impede water runoff, ultimately causing damage and shortening the lifespan of your roof.

Mold and mildew can spread from your roof to your attic. It can then spread to your insulation and into the ceilings in your home. Mold in your attic could also be circulated by your heating/cooling system and cause allergy flare ups for your family and pets.

Debris built up on your roof can attract insects or rodents that could potentially enter your home and further damage your roof.

Roof shingles covered in moss, algae, lichens, mildew, debris and mold are not able to reflect the sunlight and can lead to higher energy costs to keep your home cool in the warmer temperatures.

You may have issues with your homeowner's insurance or even violations from your city if your roof is in need of pressure washing.

Property value for your home and in your neighborhood can be affected by the curb appeal of your home. Be a good neighbor and give us a call!
